Blank Teacher Timetable in Spider

Issue: A common issue for schools (especially at the start of a new school year) is that when teachers or students log into the Spider they only receive a blank timetable with no classes showing.

Solution: This is usually because the Calendar in PCSchool has not been updated or propagated for  the new school year (which is part of your Admin End of Year routine). Information on how to Update and Propagate your calendar is available on the PCSchool Website.
