Blank PDF Error when Printing from Spider

Sometimes when printing a report from PC School Spider, rather then getting a PDF file back as expected, a Internet Explorer window pops up containing the report launch view, or you are told that the PDF file is 0kb. This is caused by some incorrect DLL files located in the PCSchool\Programs folder.

As a general rule, if you have a Non-SQL database, you should have version 8.5 Crystal DLL’s, while SQL should have version 10.

The above information is for users of PCSchool Student Management School Software.
